Your underwater wedding can be customized to make your day special! Packages can include, but are not limited to: cake with wedding cake knife (cake is decorated with corals, bubbles and shells), champagne, decorated acrylic champagne flutes, wedding paper plates, utensils and napkins, a underwater bouquet and boutonniere for the bride and groom, a tiara & veil for the mermaid bride on her special day. Film and photography services are also available to capture this unforgettable experience.

The personalized underwater vow slates are prepared, decorated with flowers, and are yours to keep as a memento of your day. One of the slates will say "I DO", decorated with flowers. The vows are printed in a calligraphy font, suitable for framing.

For large wedding parties, our boat the Lady Go Diver is available for private charter. If diving is not your "thing", your wedding can be aboard the Lady Go Diver or a lovely beach side event. It is all about you and your special day. We want to make it as special and unique as possible!

Below are some frequently asked questions to help your decision to get married in Florida:

1)If I live in another state or country, can I get married in Florida?: Yes, you can! You do not have to be a resident of Florida to get married in Florida. If you are from another country other than the US, check with your marriage authorities to see if your marriage license needs to be apostilled.

2)Are there any pre-marital classes we must attend?: You do not have to attend a pre-marital class unless you want to avoid the 3-day waiting period (see #3) and/or you want to decrease the cost of the marriage license (see #4).

3) Is there a waiting period once we secure a marriage license?: Three days unless (a) you attend a pre-marital class or, (b) you are not a Florida resident. Both the waiting period and/or the pre-marital class are waived for non-residents.

4) What are the fees for a marriage license?:Fees: $93.50. Marriage license fees can be reduced by up to $32.50 if you complete a licensed Florida pre-marital course.

5) How long are marriage licenses valid?: They are valid for 60 days after issuance. The marriage must be performed before the expiration of these 60 days. Both the prospective bride & groom must be present when applying for a Florida marriage license.

6) Are blood tests required?: No.

7) I was previously married so, do I need a copy of my divorce?: No, you do not however, you must know the exact date of your divorce decree.

8) My former spouse pre-deceased me so, do I need a death certificate? No, you do not however, you need to know the exact date of death.

9) Do I need any kind of identification?: Yes, you do. A valid photo ID issued by the state or federal government with the applicant's correct legal name, signature, and birth date. Examples: driver's license, passport, military ID, alien registration card, and state issued ID cards. Birth certificates and green cards are not acceptable. All US citizens and residents must provide their social security number. Non-US residents may provide an alien registration card, driver's license, passport or any other legal form of ID, if they do not have a US social security number.

10) Where do I apply for a marriage license?: Every marriage license is issued by a county court judge or clerk of the circuit court under his or her hand and seal. Marriage licenses are issued by counties and you can apply for your license at any county clerk's. Click Here for Clerk of the Court contact information by county. You can get married in any county in Florida, regardless of where you obtained your marriage license.

11) Do we need witnesses?: No, Florida does not require the presence of witnesses although there are two spaces provided on the marriage license if you so choose to have witnesses.
