Terms & Regulations:
Dixie Divers store guarantees 100% satisfaction. However, if you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item for an exchange or refund.
If you wish to return an item, Dixie Divers does not provide return shipping and reserves the right to charge a restocking fee under the following conditions:
20% of item's price:
-14 days after delivery date including: Buyer changes mind, buyer remorse, price difference, or buyer refuses delivery (unless due to damage that occurred during shipment) and refund will be given as soon as we receive it back, and if you receive the right item ordered and for any reason decide to send it back.
50% of item's price when:
-Buyer returns an item, but it arrives to the seller damaged, defective, or materially different than what was originally shipped by the seller
-Books with obvious signs of use will not receive refund and will have 100% restocking fee.
-CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, USB Stick that have been opened (taken out of the plastic wrap)will not be refunded.
Items must be returned in the same condition received. If items are returned in a different condition ex: missing tags, pieces, damaged. No refund will be provided/ 100%restocking fee.
Special circumstances in specific items where the buyer contact us in advance and we can work a deal with the buyer specifically.
The buyer is 100% responsible to keep his address up to date and we'll not be responsible for items delivered to the old or wrong address. It will always be sent to the address. There will be no refund and no resent. If you are reading this make sure the address in your account is right. Thanks
Order that has been adulterer in any way will not get any refund.
Buyer is responsible for shipping back to us and to you again.
To return an unwanted product for a refund of the purchase price, please send the unopened item within 30 days from the date of shipment. Item(s) must be returned in new condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure full credit. Original shipping and handling and return postage charges will not be refunded.
Defective merchandise will be exchanged if returned within 30 days from the date of shipment. Refunds will not be issued for defective merchandise.
